    That's great! For vision, you can use Pi cam & OpenCV, for speech there's Mycroft/Jasper. Just make sure you hide all those components otherwise, it changes the overall look of TARS (and that's the hard part).
    Adding wheels depends on the structure and material you're going to use. Because, if you make it taller you'll need bigger wheels to balance out the weight (yes, you have to hide them also).
    For the prototype, I'd suggest using foam-core instead of wood/steel. And even for the final build use Aluminium, it's cheap, easier to work with and less heavy than steel.

    I know this write-up is not in detail because I had limited time to make it so I documented as much I can. What material are you using for chassis? Whats the height & width going to be?
