When driving standard Power-MOSFET’s, anArduino digital output meets two challenges: The output voltage swing of adigital output may/will be insufficient to drive the Power-MOSFET fully and theavailable output current may be too small to drive the Power-MOSFET fast.

This Arduino Fast Power-MOSFET Driver Cookbookdemonstrates three inexpensive options -- based on easily available components– to drive Power-MOSFET’s in a fast way in different voltage environments.
