Just an update: Sorry for not responding to a lot of comments! I've been a bit busy this past year. After reading a few of the comments, I've noticed that a lot of people would like a more detailed video on building the arm. I will try to get that done, but it might take a few months due to a very busy summer.
7 resisters (5 220ohm and 2 10k ohm) is correct. I forgot to add the 2 10k ohm resisters in the "Things Used in This Project" section. Thanks for pointing it out!
LEDs are not necessary, but they do help to let you know how many saves you have left. If you don't have them, just simply don't add them and it should still work well. The code also does not have to be changed. Hope this helps!
