About this project

Arduino Weather Station (WiFi)

Sparkfun Wifi shield on an Arduino Uno: Weather station that sends data to Weather Underground wunderground.com for safekeeping and to use their tools to look at the data.

I really like the wunderstation app as a console, but it works just as well from the website.

Future plans:

To keep things simple I omitted rain and wind (which require moving parts) I would like to add those back in.

Still working on a more permanent enclosure, I am hoping not to have to buy one ready-made.

I need a better way to put the station to sleep, my Spark core powered station does this really well with the built in function. WiFi is a battery killer, and I want the station to be reliably solar/battery powered.
