Sorry, I have no idea and no Suggestion.
It is working fine for me.
it is not nessecary to connect ACK in this design.
Only this IO connected to the Arduino Nano are important for TrackDuino.
Maybe it will be a good improvement to Control reset line of the SD2IEC also by an IO of the Nano.
So it would be possible to reset SD2IEC automatically after a device# Change.
