    1. Yes of course, you can use Arduino UNO!
    2. Yes, we can collect data.
    3. Yes, I have worked with Raspberry pi.
    4. Yes, we can use LED bar graph display for better visuals.
    5. It can be done by some easy steps:
      1. collecting data via data logger which has a SD card
      2. Now, this step is little bit difficult but can be done by some research that is importing data to mySQL.

    Thanks for commenting. The batteries are charged using same solar panel with charging module.
