For the MSGEQ7 you simply rebuild the circuit shown on the very bottom ("MSGEQ7 Schematic" in "Schematics") and then connect the middle pin of your audio Jack to GND, the pin on the left via an 10nF capacitor to the Signal In Pin of the MSGEQ7 and the Analog Out pin to A1 (MSGEQ_OUT), Strobe Pin to D2 (STROBE), Reset Pin to D5 (RESET).
