Of course there is !
You have to be clever in order to build your 12 bytes Sigfox frame efficiently ;)
You may for instance keep 4 bytes for each temperature (this way you can have 1 byte for the whole number and 3 others for the decimal precision) and 2 bytes for the humidity (lower precision maybe?). x2 that gives 12 bytes so your good to go :)
