    The ship icon and symbolic display of the state of the ship systems are not necessary, they are made purely for beauty.
    At the same time, the state of systems is displayed in three colors, while small OLED screens are usually presented in one or two colors.

    The simplest option is to use the main color screen to display the status - then additional screens are not needed at all.

    Technically, it is possible to connect a second color screen, but at the time of the creation of the device I did not have such a task.
    This would greatly complicate an already very busy project.
    Controlling twelve tricolor LEDs is much easier - just one additional contact is involved.
    It's still an arduino, not a pentium 3 :)

    Again, the various ship upgrades that can be obtained have much more impact on the game than the appearance of the panel.

    However, I do not know how the device will survive the transportation to Canada.
