Hi Yves,
Yes that is true, while I only created an automatic dispenser for chlorine, pH levels and salinity readings are important to measure for me, and I am looking at ways to automate those levels as well. In terms of the ESP8266 device, I found that quite useful in the automatic chlorine dispenser, however the use of LWPAN network works better for the pool monitor as the wifi connection in the backyard is not very reliable.
