This project was a university assignment for an 'immersive environments' module for my Music Production BA. The project is an audio installation that encourages participants to interact with the wind chime and use different gestures to get a different audio response which is outputted binaurally. Subsequently the participant questions the impact that they are having on their environment. The project raises the question of environmental impact and climate change as well as Murray Schaffer's theory of Acoustic Ecology and how sound is used to mediate a relationship between man and nature.
Videos of the installation in action found here.
