This project has a number of issues, the first of which is the schematic. It shows a 5.5K resistor, a diode and a capacitor. These did not appear in the parts list as of August 18, 2018.
The schematic also shows that the diode is shorted and both sides are connected to the Arduino A0 input. The schematic does not show where the bottom of the voltage divider connects to ground.
It also indicates the measured voltage can be AC or DC. The capacitor would make it impossible to measure DC voltage (if the other problems with the schematic were corrected.
The values for R1 and R2 in the code bear no resemblance to the resistors in the schematic.
The schematic drawn with EasyEDA has an error. SCLK to the LCD is shown as coming from GND on the UNO.
