The function, Serial.println(temp) send string to serial line. In processing you are reading reading only one byte each commPort.read(); function. . Try printing out TempC values in processing before plotting.
Which version of processing are you using?
I tryed in processing 1.5 and 3.0, but tempC is a float type, and there is no conversion to float in code. The code only reads caracter from serial.
The value of tempC is incorrect on the graph.
How can I solve this, in my test?
