That's weird since the Nano and Uno both have the same processor (ATmega328p). It should be fine if there is still enough memory, since nothing is allocated on the heap during runtime.
Glad you solved your issue! You could use a regular USB color scanner or a camera, but that's no fun. I also wanted to use the Nano 33 BLE Sense for this because it's directly supported by Edge Impulse.
