All my servos are a little bit different to each other - I've built a rig to measure what PWM values turn my servos to a specific angle.

Attaching a potentiometer to the servo wiper is a great idea, I really like it - I'll think about designing a 3d printed part to make it easy to attach and release the servo wiper from the pot. I was also thinking about using a 16x2 LCD display to show the linear regression co-efficients, rather than needing to use the serial monitor. Thanks for your ideas!
