Hello Justen yes you could receive minutes values for example at the Alexa Skill and sent it to Arduino using the Mqtt communication. Please remember you need to use Arduino MK, Arduino Yun or Arduino with Wifi Shield to use wifi connection.
Dear Shivam you must change the topic identifier for each arduino home and at skill you can manipulate all topics based on commands to each arduino, comands 1, 2, 3 for topic X and commands 4,5,6 for topic Y for example.
All logic must be modified at skil index.js lambda function and at callback function at each arduino home arduinohomemqtt.ino.
Dear friend I am feel good now thanks.
Friend you need change at index.js file (lambda file) the name of each topic at sendMessage (for example line 152) function with your name. And must change at ArduinoHomeMQTT.ino the callback function begins at line 146 too.
