Yaaa I appreciate ur thinking....
I m still working on it to make the pen wireless and to rebuild the pen .....This project needs to be replaced by Arduino Mega for better processing power and to use one curve smoothing algorithm...
Anyway tnx for ur advice 😊
The mini stepper motors which can be extracted from DVD writer or CD writer are usually has the voltage limits of 3V to 9V and 1 amp to 1.5 amp. I have used simple usb connected to my computer as a power supply as one can use the vcc and gnd of usb. So the stepper motors are running ok. There is no issues of temperature but if some one use the 12v power supply then those motors will be getting hotter. In that case we have to adjust the potentiometer on the A4988 driver to limit the current flow.
I have used A4988 driver chip with CNC Shield V3 for this project.
