You can generate the code yourself and see it. You should be able to do this with the Free Visuino version. Visuino generates extremely highly optimized Template based code, so it will be a bit difficult to study IMHO. It is best to change the Visuino design instead the generated code.
The code is the OpenWire diagram. This is a new revolutionary way of programming. Yo do not write code, you design the code. It is a higher and more powerful programming "language" . The Arduino code is automatically generated the same was as C++ code generates assembly code.
