Yup! Here's a video that answers most of the questions. The CoG was initially too far forward for any meaningful control but that's all taken care of.
Next weeks project log will have me rebuilding the airframe since this one is worn out. During that time I'll explain design choices and will also have time for a Q&A so drop any questions you have about the project!
Ah! The YMFC3D. I used that as a main reference to make our first Pid stabilizer. What a great video series. It's already helped us and will still continue to help.
