Hi Aldo Grossi,
Arduino RT-Thread library currently only support ARM Cortex-M0/M3 architecture. So you may use Arduino MKR Zero or Arduino DUE instead of Arduino UNO.
To do multitasking, you may create a thread dynamically by calling rt_thread_create() (please check "RttMutex" example) or statically by calling rt_thread_init() (please check "Blink" example).
ESP8266 could be the next platform to support.
