About this project

-:Infrared Temperature Gun:-

Namaste(Hello), everyone this is me Rohan Barnwal welcome back with another project in this project I taught you that how you can make a cheap Infrared temperature gun it is very simple to make and very easy to use. You can use this in your Apartment or House. To check whether any person in your society is having Corona.

Why we use Infrared Temperature Gun?

The infrared thermometers are used to detect the body temperature in case of fever, one of the symptoms of coronavirus. These thermometers check the human temperature by sensing the infrared energy radiated by the body.

here is my video link where you can see how I assembled it and used it:-

Adafruit_MLX90614 mlx = Adafruit_MLX90614();
LiquidCrystal lcd(12,11,5,4,3,2);
void setup() {
  Serial.begin(9600);
lcd.begin(16,2);
  Serial.println("Adafruit MLX90614 test");

  mlx.begin();
}

void loop() {
  Serial.print("Ambient = "); Serial.print(mlx.readAmbientTempC());
  Serial.print("*C\tObject = "); Serial.print(mlx.readObjectTempC()); Serial.println("*C");
  Serial.print("Ambient = "); Serial.print(mlx.readAmbientTempF());
  Serial.print("*F\tObject = "); Serial.print(mlx.readObjectTempF()); Serial.println("*F");
lcd.setCursor(0,0);
lcd.print("TempA:- ");
lcd.print(mlx.readAmbientTempC());lcd.print("*C");
lcd.setCursor(0,1);
lcd.print("TempO:- ");
lcd.print(mlx.readObjectTempC());lcd.print("*C");
