These 84 by 48 pixel LCDs are what you might have found in Nokia 3310. And what about using them in the Arduino projects?
Everyone uses a 16MHz oscillator for a homemade Arduino, but did you know that ATmega328 can run without it?
Presented here are the Arduino Mini Shields. These shields are very easy and fun to make, and you can make your own custom shield from this.

Navigational Tracking Device to keep an eye on altitude of Hot Air Balloon or Weather Balloon Satellite.
The device will keep you safe. Just have to click a button and your precise location will be shared.
Yes its possible! Google it and you may come with a solution!
I would suggest you to use Raspberry Pi for such things. The arduino doesn't really have enough memory to buffer a single frame of video (about 8kbytes, minimum), much less stream is somewhere. There are assorted "video hacks" for Arduino-class processors, but they tend to work by creating the video "on-the-fly" from smaller datasets. Arduino is just a microcontroller made for doing some commands but we need a high performance microprocessor for live streaming. Moreover, OV7670 has low FPS!
