I don't have the schematics of this project now because I made it quite some time ago but it is quite simple. I have used 9 different leds on a breadboard and 9 resistors. All the +ve terminals have been attached via resistors to the digital output of arduino board. A joystick controller has been used as an input. As the joystick moves it serves as an input to the arduino board to glow the particular led. If I move it up the row1 and coloumn2 led glows or if the joystick is still then the center one glows.You can see the code.
