    In my case, when the resistance reaches in between 100 to 330ohm , android tooks picture . You can take a look of android open source headset spec from here.

    I did not test on any iphone so i can not give any further information :( . Try searching on google. best of luck

    Here is the tricky thing is that YOU have to control camera trigger button. Then camera should capture image which can be saved to sd card

    LDR is works here as a voltage divider circuit. when bright light glow and gives certain amount of voltage which controls earphone's volume button without passing electricity. Actually if we need specific amount of voltage to trigger volume button which controls camera app. If we directly connect mic and grnd then that will work as call receive button. So we can not connect arduino directly to earphone button.
