Hey, thanks for your comment :) The black servos are TowerPro MG-995. I need 4 PWM pins because of 4 servos that I used but to use the Servo Library, you don't need to use the PWM pins labeled with ~, you can use any pins to control servos. The webcam is connected to PC, because that's where image processing algorithm is working (in Matlab).
