Its called servo jitter. at first I was not sure about why but shaell in the previous comment mentioned that a debounce is needed in the code to overcome jitters and get precise moves.
The capacitor is used for a stable power supply it is not required if your power is 6v stable.
yet if you want to use. the cap is 100uf 16v electrolytic.
